1. Role of The Athletes PassportThe Athletes Passport operates as an authorised representative of BLAST Experiences, an ATAS-accredited travel provider.All travel bookings are fulfilled under the licence and booking systems of BLAST Experiences.
2. Booking ConfirmationA booking is confirmed only once written confirmation and any required payment has been received.
3. PaymentsAll pricing is subject to availability and currency fluctuations.Deposit and payment schedules will be communicated at time of booking.
4. Cancellations & RefundsCancellation policies vary depending on suppliers (airlines, hotels, race organisers).Race entries are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
5. Travel InsuranceTravel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain packages.
6. Event ChangesWe are not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by race organisers.
7. Force MajeureWe are not liable for events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or global disruptions.
